Cookie Policy

Golden Bitcoin does not set first-party cookies of its own. We do not run a marketing pixel and we do not run a separate analytics cookie.

While the site is password-gated, Netlify (the host) may set a cookie so the gate remembers you. That cookie goes when the password comes off.

Live polls may store a marker in your browser’s local storage so the same device is not counted twice. That is not a cookie. Clear site data and it goes.

Other people’s cookies

X (Twitter) widgets load from platform.twitter.com on pages that show a timeline. X may set its own cookies when that widget loads.

YouTube videos, where we embed them, load from youtube-nocookie.com. Google/YouTube may still set cookies or use similar storage when you play a video.

Those embeds load with the page. There is no separate consent step before they run. If you do not want that, do not use those pages, or block third-party cookies in your browser.
